The Learner Panel was set up to provide access to people enrolled in school, further education and work-based learning to take part in online research. The Learner Panel provides a highly cost effective way of undertaking quantitative and qualitative research to hear the learner voice.

Co-funded by the Young People’s Learning Agency, Skills Funding Agency and Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Learner Panel can be used by government departments and their agencies (and Market Research agencies doing research on their behalf) and organisations undertaking education research.
