What do UK students think of mobile handset brands?

Date Posted: 23/10/09

Opinionpanel has been working with the consultancy, mobileYouth, looking at how students interact with their mobile handset brands; in particular looking at mobile handset brand advocacy and trust among students. The results are fascinating. While Nokia is hugely trusted – more than any other brand – Apple gets higher levels of advocacy than the rest. Samsung needs to ask itself some searching questions because despite some pretty cool and youthful advertising it is, at best, considered a mediocre brand in terms of both trust and advocacy. LG and Motorola have significant issues in the student market.
