David RobertsDavid has over 20 years of senior consulting experience. He is former Chief Executive of Heist and he led the development of MaXimizE – the widely adopted evaluation and benchmarking system for student marketing, funded by HEFCE. He regularly advises on strategic marketing for higher education institutions and government education bodies, working with senior managers and vice-chancellors as well as marketers. His expertise aligns with many of the issues covered by the Higher Expectations survey – reputation management, conversion marketing, pricing and university positioning.
Louise SimpsonLouise has worked in the field of communications for over 20 years, including ten years for the University of Cambridge, advising three successive vice-chancellors as their Director of Communications. She works with a variety of modern, Russell Group and international universities and colleges, devising external relations strategies and advising on key communications tools.
