As announced in Daily Hansard, 5th December 2011, John Hayes, the Minister of State for Further Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has announced that he will be publishing impact assessments of BIS’s proposals to introduce Further Education loans for people aged over 24 in 2014/15.
The Minister’s impact assessments will be informed by research and analysis commissioned by BIS. This will include the results of the Online Learner Panel Survey carried out by OpinionPanel.
