Opinionpanel launches The Learner Panel12/07/10

Opinionpanel has launched a panel of learners in further education on behalf of the Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA), a new body sponsored by the Department of Education. The Learner Panel is a new platform for conducting online research. It has 10,000 members and is available to public sector bodies and their research agencies.
