Queen Mary, University of London has been awarded the 2009 Times Higher Education Award of ‘Most Improved Student Experience’. Over 11,000 members of Opinionpanel’s Student Panel took part in the polling for the award. Queen Mary’s biggest improvements were in students ratings for its facilities including its shops, bars and sports facilities.
Ben Marks, managing director of Opinionpanel Research said “Queen Mary won the category because, over the past year, not only did its scores for student experience improve more, in abosolute terms, than any other university, but also because it showed the largest improvement in league-table ranking. It is the clear winner”.
